Organizational leaders that fail to collaborate find themselves unable to execute strategy. Management meetings play a crucial role in determining the status of strategy execution efforts. Through management meetings, managers and other organizational leaders can gain insight into how strategy is being communicated, how best practices can be identified, and what organizational adjustments have to be made to ensure achievement of strategic objectives. In this session, Dr. Robert Kaplan will share his insights into how management meetings should work and how they can be used to enhance the organization’s ability to execute strategy.
